The main advantage of this type of station is the quick assembly and disassembly, in order to be able to work in different places for long or short periods of time. Stations can have a different number of sensors that measure on different principles, depending on the data logger you choose according to your needs. The data from the weather stations can be downloaded to a computer via a USB cable and then visualized on the completely free software.
Other advantages are:
- They do not require complex settings
- Sensors are automatically recognized (plug and play technology)
- They can include up to 15 sensors for each parameter
- They work for 6-12 months with ordinary batteries
- Measurements and settings are not lost, even when the batteries are removed
- They have a large memory for recording measurement data
- They have programmable recording intervals as well as averaging of values
- Completely waterproof for constant outdoor work
- Data transfer via direct connection to a computer, wireless, GPRS, etc.
