Our company has extensive experience in the integration of monitoring stations, and in many cases in our practice, it is necessary to integrate systems that are combined, such as those for measuring meteorological and hydrological parameters or for measuring quantitative and qualitative hydrological parameters.
Combined stations can be equipped with different sensors for measuring parameters, depending on the needs and goals of the client. One of the main advantages of our company is that we can configure different sensors and systems in one, according to the customer's wishes, as long as it is technically possible. It is a common practice to combine different hydrological (quantitative and qualitative) sensors, as well as meteorological sensors in one system, by means of a floating buoy platform installed in salt or fresh water. Of course the station can be a stationary and could be installed inshore without need of a floating system
.
Floating platforms, allowing the measurement of various current parameters (up to 900), are used mainly for research purposes. The requirements for research projects are always very specific, and at the same time they change over time. For this reason, our specialists have to constantly adapt to different conditions, which has helped them over the years to reach the vast experience they have in order to be able to understand and define the client's problem every time.
Some of the parameters that could be measured are:
The data from the combined station is sent completely telemetrically (remotely) to the processing software. Through specially developed software, the data can be visualized in a few minutes, as the information is very comprehensive and displayed in an easy and understandable way - in tabular form, through graphics and more. It is important to note that with this type of systems the maintenance costs are extremely low, which allows them to operate longer.
Despite the great specificity and complexity of configuring this type of systems, the specialists who work in our company can assist you in any matter and help you reach the most correct configuration.
